Allow InventoryScript JSON with childgroups only

and without hosts and vars

Without this patch, the simplified syntax is triggered when a group
is defined like this:

    "platforms": {
        "children": [
            "cloudstack"
        ]
    }

Which results in a group 'platforms' with 1 host 'platforms'.
