Bug: repeatable invocation with state=present leads to (#3052)

How to reproduce:

  digital_ocean_domain: state=present name=DOMAIN_NAME ip=DROPLET_IP

  digital_ocean_domain: state=present name=DOMAIN_NAME ip=DROPLET_IP
