Thomas Woerner dc9b0ce4e8 New sysaccount management module ...

There is a new sysaccount management module placed in the plugins folder:

    plugins/modules/ipasysaccount.py

The sysaccount module allows to ensure presence or absence of system
accounts.

Here is the documentation for the module:
