fix: Ensure compatibility with kubernetes.core >=3.10,<4.1.0

Ensure compatibility with kubernetes.core >=3.10,<4.1.0 by replacing
deprecated imports of HAS_K8S_MODULE_HELPER and k8s_import_exception.
