Peter Oliver d8be6fec65 Consistently use "OracleLinux" in OS detection. ...

Previously, a mixture of "OracleLinux" and "Oracle Linux" was used,
causing the `ansible_os_family` fact not to be set to `RedHat`.

Fixes #10742.
