Jasper Lievisse Adriaanse 52960ff7d0 Fix service_mgr fact for Solaris; svcs is used to list services. 
Instead use 'smf' to reflect the name of framework, as is done elsewhere
(e.g. 'systemd' instead of 'systemctl').
