Peter Sprygada 4932df69bc updates to asa_config module for Ansible 2.2 ...

* clean up functions and remove unneeded code
* config difference now includes keyword argument
* module reports changed when save argument is yes with or without check_mode
* updated fail_json return with exc kwargs
* fixed up import statements
