Fix netapp modules (#76)

Browse Source 
* Replace missing netapp parts with own copy.

* Localize final fragment.

* Mark netapps docs fragment as deprecated.

* Drop dependency on netapp.ontap.

* Remove all netapp_e_* modules.

* Remove docs fragment.
