Deprecate logicmonitor and logicmonitor_facts (#541)

Browse Source 
* Deprecate logicmonitor and logicmonitor_facts.

* Remove modules instead of deprecating them.

* Remove bad entry from BOTMETA.

* Remove ignore.txt entries.
