* WIP: Initial bulk move of quick start content into rst docs. Needs rewrite.

* Swapping out old quick start for new material (thanks @tstringer!). Still work in progress.

* Fixed formatting; removed extraneous file.

* Fixed some formatting errors.

* Once more, with feeling.
