42dd19c387 Allow to pass CSR to acme_certificate as csr_content (#115) 
* Allow to pass CSR to acme_certificate as csr_content.

* Make sure contents are bytes.

* No need to write CSR to disk.

* Forgot version_added.

* Fix documentation.
