CI: Remove usage of ubuntu-20.04, add FreeBSD 13.5 (#853)

* Switch from ubuntu-20.04 to ubuntu-latest for old Ansible versions.

* [TEMP] Change to trigger full CI.

* Add FreeBSD 13.5.
