Rafael Guterres Jeffman	c715d3aad2	ansible-lint: Fix key order on upstream tests ... In latest ansible-lint versions, the use of "blocks" has a required order to be implemented. According to ansible-lint error mesage, the order is name, when, block, rescue, always. This is ansible.builtin.set_fact instead of set_fact for example and aplies for all actions that are part of ansible.builtin. There is a new servicedelegationtarget management module placed in the plugins folder: plugins/modules/ipaservicedelegationtarget.py The servicedelegationtarget module allows to ensure presence and absence of servicedelegationtargets and servicedelegationtarget members.
