fedora rawhide: Temporarily disable failing DNS tests

Browse Source 
Some DNS tests have been disabled for Fedora latest, but not for Fedora
Rawhide. Therefore these tests are filin still in nighty:

- dnsforwardzone
- test_dnsconfig_forwarders_ports
