407b50c8b2 Refactored loadbalancer module breaking backward compatibility 
Module option 'listeners' has been removed because it shares
functionality and a huge amount of code with
lb_{listener,member,pool} modules.

2b8aa2cb08 Add Octavia job for testing Load Balancer 
Add basic test for LB.
Configure Octavia job which will run on LB changes only.
