Bump galaxy.yml to 2.6.0.
Add a 2.6.0 entry in changelogs/changelog.yaml,
regenerate CHANGELOG.rst with antsibull-changelog.

In order to generate a proper changelog as a part of releasing
process, we should maintain proper fragments instead of the
notes produced by `reno`.
This patch moves content to the expected place.

Ironic supports setting a shard key on baremetal nodes
which can be used to scale out the Nova Compute Ironic
service. This change adds support for setting the shard
key.

Add support for managing Ironic baremetal port groups.
Include CI role coverage and unit tests for create, update, delete, and check mode behavior.
Add a reno fragment describing the new module.

Glance images can be deactivated ad reactivated with corresponding
API calls. It might be useful for operators to be able to control
these states through ansible modules as well. Instead of introduction
of the new parameter we're adding new state for the image that is
`inactive`.

SDK does return all keys and values of the template labels as
strings. At the same time user can define some labels as integers or
booleans, which will break comparison of labels and lead to module
failure on consecutive runs.

To make use of the port_security_enabled [a] and mtu [b] parameters,
[c] and [d] need to be present in the openstacksdk or the os_network
module with return an error like:
TypeError: create_network() got an unexpected keyword argument 'port_security_enabled'
or:
TypeError: create_network() got an unexpected keyword argument 'mtu'
To handle this, we fail the module if one of the arguments are used
and the minimum openstacksdk version for that argument is not met.

With the addition of [a], the minimum openstacksdk version needs to
be bumped to include [b], or the os_network module will return the
error:
TypeError: create_network() got an unexpected keyword argument 'dns_domain'
To handle this, we fail the module if the dns_domain argument is used
and the minimum openstacksdk version for that argument is not met.
