Update recordset module to be compatible with OpenStack SDK 0.99.x/1.0.x

Browse Source 
- Change sdk calls to use proxy layer
- Convert sdk results to dict before returning
- General refactoring of module
- Move recordset specific tests from the dns role to new recordset role
- Adds additional tests to recordset role
